The essay mill spam bots from Twitter

Twitter bots were a lot lately in the news.

Although there was a lot of its focus in the role in US and international politics, they are also known for their commercial activities to get everything from cheating to pornography to Fried.

But Twitter spam bots are not limited to pressing only CAM chats, questionable dating sites and pharmaceuticals, they have also branched to other areas. Especially for our purposes, pressing essay mills is.

Even now, in the dead of summer, you can find a permanent embassy stream of bots that pushes essay mill and custom writing services. From behind stolen photos and fake trailers, they promise "plagiarism-free" and "very original" essays, dissertations and research papers.

How serious is that? Probably not very much. However, it is interesting to look at the world, which is automated Twitter spam for essay mills.

Twitter is something of a bot sky. It is a service that is very easy to create bots, whether their intentions are legitimate or painful.

This has led to the rise of a really interesting legitimate botso, but also an army of spam bots.

Fortunately, spam bots are pretty easy to see. However, this does not mean that they are not a problem, especially if they follow legitimate accounts with counterfeiting.

However, it does not seem to be the essay mill bots that seem to follow the ramps. Your accounts, at least in the test I've viewed, are more of lower trailers / following counts, high tweet counts and most bizarre pictures of beautiful women.

It was a topic that repeatedly repeated when I protected the bots. The most contained profile images of models, names and locations that were from around the world and the mix of tweets with which it contains essay mill spam, retwets of other bots and nonsense.

Most accounts were new, but not incredible. The vast majority, which is connected between March and April, but some went back to July 2016 so far. Nobody I watched had introduced last month.

All accounts were very active, posts several times a day and would often like similar accounts and retewet, which indicates that it is probably a unique network.

Nevertheless, these accounts were very penetrating and beat on a variety of keywords. Although I started my search, search "plagiarist free", it is clear that you have just targeted on every keyword on essays and quote you can imagine.

As for the websites they show, they seem to show all on different domains. However, if you click through the links, view all on the same essay mill site with the name Superpaper. This site in turn promises essays for all educational levels that range from high school by doctoral students.

Whether affiliates based on the behalf of Suberstpa, or the direct site that directly acts is impossible to recognize. In any case, the end result is the same, these spam bots probably generates decent traffic (and possibly customers) for the location.

But while the Bots of Superbpae seem to open the lion's share of plagiarism spam on Twitter, they are not the only ones in the game, other websites are also involved.

Other accounts

While most of the Twitter spam bots (now) seem to reject on only one essay-mill site, that does not mean that there are no other essay mills that try to spare on Twitter in a sparingly manner and make this in a spame way.

Another one simply changes between sending the same public message and (incorrect) that returned to people using keywords that match their target.

The answer actually has very little to do with essay mills.

The reason for the Twitter bots

Twitter, however, is particularly prone to bots.

In the end, it is probably not much to take care of the essay mill spam on Twitter. Bots on Twitter are all these days, and it seems that there is only one network that promotes an essay mill at this time.

And although there are other essay mills that are used on spammers paths on Twitter on Twitter, do not connect the following one. Essay mills are penetrated on the internet and Twitter is just not as you find most of your customers.
